Custom CRM Software system!

The entire price of generic pre-written software system is seriously overpriced, far more is realised. First, consider the cost of instructing how to use the system. Since it was not made for you, you will have to spend a large amount of time and spend trying to learn how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and spend making changes to that system. So, my opinion is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone confirm or deny what I have said? Thanks!
