Custom CRM Software system!

The entire price of generic pre-written computer software is seriously expensive, far more is realized. First, consider the cost of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not created for you, you will have to spend a lot of time and cost learning how that system does work. Second, you will have to spend much time and spend making alterations to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business. Can anyone confirm or deny what I have said? Thanks!
