Default Are unemployment overpayments subjcet to a lien against workers comp awards in NJ?

I was overpaid unemployment benefits about 5 yrs ago.I have settled at least 2 workers comp claims since then and never had a lien against my comp award for the overpaid unemployment benefits?I know that at comp court, before the award is given,a check is done to see if any liens are owed, like child support, etc? Are the unemployment benefits subject to a lien? They never were taken before.Im about to settle again in NJ comp court and want to know. ------
