Custom CRM Software system!

The full cost of generic pre-written computer software is extremely expensive, far more than is realised. First, consider the cost of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not made for you, you will have to spend a large amount of time and expenditure trying to learn how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and outlay making alterations to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone reassert or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
