Default How do I find out whether I'm following patent/trademark laws?

I have an idea for a new product that is a variation of a few other products on the market. I looked up the federal patent laws and it doesn't look like I'm breaking any existing laws, but I definitely don't want to get sued (and can't afford to hire a lawyer to look things over for me). If I want to start a small business on the side to make at the most an extra hundred dollars a months to pay my gas bill, would anyone come after me if I were breaking a patent law, and what would the penalty be? (Would I get a cease and desist order and be able to just stop, or would I get a huge fine or something.) ------

Arrow Literature history

Literature historyHistorical literature has as its setting a period of history and that attempts to convey the spirit, manners, and social conditions of a past age with realistic detail and fidelity to historical fact. The work may deal with actual historical tagalog short stories and so on.

Arrow Why Choosing Usgolfsale

Why Choosing Usgolfsale.comExpensive golf clubs are designed so that they are more efficient and less forgiving. With the slightest wrong move, you will throw the trajectory of the ball so far off track that your stroke will be laughable. If you stick with beginners golf clubs at usgolfsale (as you should), the heads of the clubs will be much more forgiving and you will be able to practice your technique without completely embarrassing yourself in the process.Secondhand clubs are also a good way to save money and still get some nice clubs. If you golf with people who like to stay on the cutting edge of technology, they are likely to have older clubs that are still of a very high quality level. Speak with them about purchasing the used golf clubs. With used golf clubs you need to be particularly careful, and look for anything that would compromise the quality of the clubs at usgolfsale.com.
