Custom CRM Software system!

The total price of generic pre-written software is critically pricey, far more than is realised. First, consider the price of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not designed for you, you will have to spend a huge amount of time and expenditure trying to learn how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and spend making changes to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone confirm or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
