Default Are debts incurred via securities fraud dischargeable in bankruptcy?

I read that"most debts incurred by fraud was nondischargeable"meaning some types of fraud induced debt is dischargeable? ------

As a general rule any fraudulent activity would not be protected under the bankruptcy act. ------

If you were actually convicted of securities fraud, no it is not dischargeable. ------
