Custom CRM Software system!

The total cost of generic pre-written computer software is critically overpriced, far more than is realised. First, consider the price of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not designed for you, you will have to spend a large sum of time and pay out trying to learn how that system does work. Second, you will have to spend much time and expense making changes to that system. So, my opinion is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone reassert or deny what I have said? Thanks!
