The full cost of generic pre-written software is extremely costly, far more is realized. First, consider the cost of instructing how to use the system. Since it was not designed for you, you will have to spend a lot of time and spend trying to learn how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and pay out making alterations to that system. So, my opinion is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business.
