Custom CRM Software system!

The total cost of generic pre-written computer software is extremely expensive, far more than is realised. First, consider the cost of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not designed for you, you will have to spend a large number of time and spend learning how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and spend making alterations to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone reassert or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
