Default Real Estate Law - Septic Problems on a potential house?

I'm looking at buying a house that was flipped. Prior to the flip, I looked at the house and was told a neighbor rumored that it had a septic problem of overflowing into his yard. Now after the flip, the sellers disclosure says there's no problems known. Shouldn't the person who flipped this be legally responsible to address any outstanding issues about the house? ------

Post Re: Real Estate Law - Septic Problems on a potential house?

Hello..
There are many people who buy such property as it is cheap from others. If you have no problem with such then you can go for it otherwise change the house. I must say that such houses are not easily maintained and cost a lot after words.
