Custom CRM Software system!

The entire price of generic pre-written software package is critically overpriced, far more is realized. First, consider the cost of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not manufactured for you, you will have to spend a large number of time and expense trying to learn how that system does work. Second, you will have to spend much time and cost making modifications to that system. So, my opinion is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business. Can anyone reassert or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
