Custom CRM Software system!

The entire price of generic pre-written software is seriously pricey, far more than is realized. First, consider the cost of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not generated for you, you will have to spend a huge amount of time and cost learning how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and expense making modifications to that system. So, my opinion is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone confirm or deny what I have said? Thanks!
