Custom CRM Software system!

The total price of generic pre-written software package is seriously pricey, far more is realized. First, consider the price of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not manufactured for you, you will have to spend a large number of time and expense learning how that system does work. Second, you will have to spend much time and outlay making modifications to that system. So, my opinion is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone confirm or deny what I have said? Thanks!
