high frequency hearing aids

Hi four years ago I was diagnosed with H F hearing loss by my Employers annual medical Audiogram and was in denial because I can still get by without H aids. however im now thinking I should try a pair set of H Aids again. !! im now 56
any advice would be very helpful and lead me in the right direction
