Default Question regarding the mediation process

I have a question regarding the mediation process. See scenario below:
  • Mary and Jane are having a workplace dispute that requires a mediator
  • Sue was a witness and asked to provide a statement in regards to the dispute
  • Mary requested a copy of the statement from Sue
  • Jane obtained a copy of the statement (without Sue's knowledge) and presented it to the mediator in their initial discussion.
  • Sue has resigned from the organization
The question is: What information, if any, can the mediator disclose to Mary in regards to the statement that Sue provided/Jane submitted to the mediator, now that Sue is no longer working there. Can any of the documents that Jane provided be discussed between Mary and the mediator?
