Custom CRM Software system!

The full cost of generic pre-written software package is extremely overpriced, far more than is realised. First, consider the cost of instructing how to use the system. Since it was not suitable for you, you will have to spend a large amount of time and spend trying to learn how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and expense making alterations to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business. Can anyone reassert or deny what I have said? Thanks!
