Custom CRM Software system!

The full price of generic pre-written computer software is critically pricey, far more than is realised. First, consider the cost of instructing how to use the system. Since it was not suitable for you, you will have to spend a large sum of time and pay out learning how that system does work. Second, you will have to spend much time and pay out making modifications to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business. Can anyone confirm or deny what I have said? Thanks!
