Custom CRM Software system!

The entire cost of generic pre-written software system is critically overpriced, far more is realised. First, consider the price of instructing how to use the system. Since it was not suitable for you, you will have to spend a large sum of time and cost learning how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and pay out making changes to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business. Can anyone confirm or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
