Custom CRM Software system!

The total cost of generic pre-written software package is gravely overpriced, far more is realised. First, consider the cost of learning how to use the system. Since it was not generated for you, you will have to spend a large sum of time and expense learning how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and pay out making alterations to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone confirm or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
