My husband and I are living abroad and are expecting our first child. We hadn't done any estate planning while living in the U.S., and now need to do so, but we do not have a legal residence in the U.S. We've been given advice to go online, print out standard forms, and have them notarized, but I'd feel more comfortable consulting an attorney. Are there attorneys who can assist us without a legal state of residence in the U.S.? ------
