Custom CRM Software system!

The full cost of generic pre-written software is extremely costly, far more than is realized. First, consider the cost of instructing how to use the system. Since it was not suitable for you, you will have to spend a large sum of time and expenditure learning how that system does work. Second, you will have to spend much time and expense making changes to that system. So, my opinion is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business. Can anyone reassert or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
