Custom CRM Software system!

The entire price of generic pre-written software package is gravely pricey, far more than is realised. First, consider the price of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not designed for you, you will have to spend a huge amount of time and outlay trying to learn how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and expenditure making modifications to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone reassert or deny what I have said? Thanks!
