Given the number of failed marriages as a result of cheating do you think a law of this type would work to reduce the divorce rate.I would like to see a law on the books in every state in the USA, that would require a 5 year minimum mandatory prison sentence imposed on anyone who cheats or commits adultery in a marriage. This would include both parties of an adulterous affair.opinions please.A state legislator in my state is trying to push this type of legislation. ------
