Custom CRM Software system!

The entire cost of generic pre-written computer software is gravely costly, far more is realised. First, consider the cost of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not suitable for you, you will have to spend a large amount of time and pay out trying to learn how that system does work. Second, you will have to spend much time and cost making alterations to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business. Can anyone confirm or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
