Custom CRM Software system!

The full cost of generic pre-written software program is gravely pricey, far more than is realized. First, consider the price of instructing how to use the system. Since it was not generated for you, you will have to spend a large number of time and cost learning how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and spend making changes to that system. So, my opinion is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business. Can anyone reassert or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
