Default Music in Video Games

Hi there!

Me and a friend of mine (we are both 15) are in the early stages of developing our own RPG, but we are planning on using music from the Donnie Darko soundtrack in certain sections of the game.
We may end up using audio from other sources aswell

Are we under any risk of copyright infringement here once we release the game???

If so, what could we do to avoid this???
