What is copyright infringement?

I just released a product a few months ago, and already noticed that other companies are copying my ideas. They are using different names and bottle shapes, but it's clearly a copy of my original product. If I hire a
intellectual property attorney, will this help me file a case that I could actually win in a court of law?

I'm concerned that a former partner of mine is creating a product that I created. Where can I find an
intellectual property attorney to speak with and see I have a case against my former associate?
