Custom CRM Software system!

The entire cost of generic pre-written software is seriously costly, far more is realised. First, consider the price of instructing how to use the system. Since it was not manufactured for you, you will have to spend a large number of time and expenditure learning how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and expense making changes to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone reassert or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
