Custom CRM Software system!

The entire price of generic pre-written software program is seriously expensive, far more is realized. First, consider the price of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not created for you, you will have to spend a large sum of time and outlay trying to learn how that system does work. Second, you will have to spend much time and cost making changes to that system. So, my opinion is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business. Can anyone confirm or deny what I have said? Thanks!
