I have a 1970 Chevy Pickup w/350 engine & HEI dist.
There is a small metal box that looks like a relay on the firewall, inline with the passenger side valve cover, near the heater core. It has 2 plugs containing 4 wires... what is it? Coming out of the Alternator is 1 (brown?) wire, immediately spliced into two wires. What would these wires most likely be going to? (put another way, what is the typical charging circuit for a chevy 350?)

No such thing as an electric engine, they are called "motors". Some hybrids have them(motors). They work like a diesel locomotive. A diesel engine generates the electrical power for electric motors that drive the wheels.no fee checking account
