Custom CRM Software system!

The total price of generic pre-written software package is gravely pricey, far more than is realised. First, consider the price of learning how to use the system. Since it was not made for you, you will have to spend a large amount of time and outlay learning how that system does work. Second, you will have to spend much time and outlay making alterations to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business sector. Can anyone reassert or refuse what I have said? Thanks!
