Like any other course, you study the materials the professor recommends. But there are several prospectives if you are to benefit the most. If you are going to be a lawyer, you must approach the course from the standpoint of everybody. Learn all sides and be ready to take any position. But nobody knows everything about the law. If you are not going to be a lawyer and take that approach you may miss what is most valuable to you. You will learn plenty in any case. Perhaps the most valuable course you will take.Try to concentrate on the areas that concern your future plans. If you are going to start your own business, try to concentrate on those issues. If you plan to work in a particular field concentrate on that. Just think of the confidence it will give you as you decide on a particular course of action.Good luck. ------
