I have an overwhelming amount in credit card debt. I have been out of work because of depression and now, obviously, it has gotten much harder to find a job, even though I have been searching. I am seriously thinking about filing for bankruptcy in order to start over. I need some advice on what to do in order to get this process started. Thanks. ------

The best alternate is taking help of bankruptcy attorney to solve your issues.

Your first step is to contact a local attorney to find out what you qualify for. They will need to see your last 6 months of pay stubs, assets, list of all your debts and last 4 years of taxes. Once they review all your information they will be able to tell you what you qualify for. Most attorney's will see you free the first consultation.personal injury lawyer houston
