Custom CRM Software system!

The entire cost of generic pre-written computer software is gravely costly, far more than is realised. First, consider the cost of teaching how to use the system. Since it was not manufactured for you, you will have to spend a huge amount of time and pay out learning how that system works. Second, you will have to spend much time and cost making modifications to that system. So, my estimation is the custom CRM software is the best solution for any business. Can anyone reassert or deny what I have said? Thanks!
