Did you transfer your membership to another Gold's gym? And do you have proof that you have been making payments to the new gym? Try to get something in writing from the new gym that confirms the transfer.Send the collection agency a certified, return receipt letter indicating that you transferred the membership and have paid the fees at the new location. Attach a copy of the original notification (hopefully, you kept a copy) and copy the first gym location. ------
