Do not pay it ..... Contact or log in to your states attorney generals web site and file a complaint .... DO NOT PAY IT !!! and there is no law that says you have to talk to them .... In the meantime go ahead and send them a certified letter explaining your stance in detail and make certain that you keep the recipients signature on file once you get it back from the post office... ------
