Default Unemployment fraud, whistle-blower rewards? (Illinois)?

If I turn a guy in for claiming unemployment checks when he's still working at a cash paying job and they find him guilty of fraud for claiming unemployment do I get a percentage of what he has to pay back to the govenrment? It's in Illinois and I don't know if any kind of whistle-blower laws apply.Every week he has to call the unemployment office and tell them if he worked any days the past week. He tells them no so he can collect a bigger check, they would deduct 20% for each day that he worked. ------
