If I have a company called, let's say"The Space Case", and I apply for and go through the whole process of having it trademarked, and along comes someone using"Space Case"(no"the") as their company, can I file a'cease and desist'? What if their name has been in use longer than mine, not trademarked, but registered in their province?Thank you! ------
